As a Byron Bay based artist and musician, all of my creative output has been greatly influenced by the environment in which I live - the ocean, the stunning scenery, the people and the amazing energy that radiates from this truly amazing place.
After Art School, exhibitions, commissions and rock and roll in Sydney, the move to the Byron area in the mid-seventies resulted in a fairly dramatic change in lifestyle - from the city bohemian to the rural ‘farmer’, still playing music and painting but to a far lesser extent while the agricultural pursuits, establishment of a family and re-imergence of
surfing took over the day to day of living.
From the late 80’s onwards, the creative side of my psyche has dominated my time with increasing participation in painting, drawing and music.
